| 2) Do I meet my Town setback requirements from my property lines? |

Answer: Over 34 years of dealing with town inspectors
and building officials in all of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. BTR Build
and Remodel’s staff knows what each town and city, big or small, needs for property
setbacks and building requirements. We handle pulling all necessary permits and
inspections and dealing with your town officials.
| 3) Will I need an architect to do plans for my project? |

Answer: In almost all cases BTR Build and Remodel is capable of making a complete set of drawing and building plans for every project. Please see our design section

| 4) How will the new project tie into my existing home? |

Answer: Coming to your home, listening to your ideas, and tying everything together is our job. The 3C appointment, and creating a drawing is the best way to see how the project will look on your on your existing home. Attention to detail is what we do best.
| 5) Will I have the ability to create access to my present home? |

Answer: Making family life better is one of our mottos. Proper entrance ways, safety, fire protection and means of egress are what we design into every project. Again layout and design is very important.
| 6) Will the project match my existing home's siding, roofing, windows & other exterior features of my home? |

Answer: BTR Build and Remodel has access to every siding, roofing, window, and building material supplier in the region. We can match your existing home to such detail that the finished new project will look like it was always there.
| 7) Energy conservation is important to me. Will my project meet energy conservation requirements? |

Answer: Saving money on heating and cooling costs are very important in the design of a project. Proper layout of rooms, insulation, window design, as well as the most cost efficient heating and cooling systems, are constantly updated by our staff. Saving money today and in the future is what we strive for.

Answer: Windows need to be replaced, siding on the home now needs some repair, need to move a wall or expand a room, roof leaking? We can help! | 9) I have experience in some of the trades. Can I get a discount if I take care of some of the project? |

Answer: BTR Build and Remodel is the company to work with if you’re willing to do some "sweat equity". We would be happy to take your project from start to finish, but if you’re willing to work, we would be happy to oblige. If your requirements are just a shell, (foundation, building, widows, roofing) "weather tight", we can do that also. If you have a brother-in-law that’s a plumber, electrician, etc., we will be happy to work with them.
