We start off with a Floor Plan (Blue-print). Then we continue with
the proper layout of rooms, doors, windows, etc. Then once that is
done, we can show a 3D representation of what it will look like when
completed.
Then we prepare a complete set of detail drawings showing framing
materials and required specifications by codes. Those drawings are
presented to local code officials and we obtain your building permit.
